This machine adopts top and bottom feed by needle bar and feed dog, thread take up by sliding bar, thread catching by vertical rotating hook, to produce lockstitch. It used cog belt for arm shaft and hook shaft driving, dial typed stitch regulator and reverse feeding lever. The post bed of 178mm offers flexible and free working space, fit for sewing several layers of different material with beautiful stitches, preventing and displacement between the layers. The post bed design gives greater access and control when top stitching on shaped items, which would normally be difficult or impossible to sew on a standard flat bed machine, with heavy duty needle bar feed action by way of bottom feed, needle feed guarantees effective handling of medium to heavy weight materials, leather and fabrics etc, High needle penetration power guarantee easy sewing thick spots or cross seams, without skipped stitch, loose bottom thread, shorten stitch length.
